My name is Jim Nunn and I am known for creating great experiences with people who purchase the house that is “not perfect yet” and turning it into” an equity rich dream home.”

Prior to serendipitously becoming a mortgage lender over 30 years ago, I was a general contractor and to this day still enjoy carpentry and construction projects. I specialize in renovation lending and with my construction/mortgage experience can lead my customers through the entire process of identifying the potential hidden in a house, determining what needs to be done to make it a perfect home, financing the purchase price plus the cost to renovate and after closing, making sure everything is completed as planned. There is nothing better than owning a home designed and renovated exactly the way you want it.

My wife Shawnna and I have 5 children and have lived in Colorado our entire life.
